David began writing in 1979 and since published thirty-five novels, which include mysteries, thrillers, suspense, science fiction and adventure.
Living and writing in Chestnut Ridge, New York, David shares his house and life with his wife, Bonnie and dog Alfie, an apricot poodle. Their three children have ventured out into the world on their own (or so they think). Zach works on the CBS show 48 Hours. Their daughter Devon and her husband Russell live in New Jersey. Devon teaches Special Education in New Jersey. Alana, David and Bonnie's youngest daughter is a Pastry chef in San Francisco.
His latest novel, The Cured, was written with Terese Ramin. The Cured is a Medical Legal Thriller combining suspense, adventure and science.
His previous novel, Angels In Mourning, is a throwback mystery, reminiscent of the old time detective stories and received the 'Reader's Choice' award from Amazon; my suspense thrillers are The Hyte Maneuver, (a Literary guild alternate selection); As peace Lay Dying, and Conspiracy of Mirrors and were originally written under the pen name David Milton. And Down will Come Baby, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep and Shadows, are mystery suspense novels.
Coop, was a mainstream novel about the lives of the people inhabiting a New York City Cooperative Apartment Building.
Queen of Knights, a medieval fantasy—a #2 Amazon Best Seller in Historical Fantasy;and, The Others were his first entries into fantasy and Science Fiction. David was honored by Sci-Fi Hugo Award winner and Grand Master Andre Norton who asked David to write a short story of the second volume of her Witch World Anthony series. The story is titled, Guardian At The Edge Of The World.
David wrote the novelization of the ABC 7 night mini-series, The Last Days Of Pompeii.
He is currently working on a Sci-Fi Fantasy series set 3000 years in the future. He will be blogging about this series very soon.
